Can anyone confirm for sure if this is safe to use, because I would love to know how many kills I have and all that jazz. But if it has legal problems I'm going to hold back at the moment.

But since both Blackace and Ensign haven't closed this thread... is it safe to assume it's good to go?

Oh sorry. Your name is in green, assumed that's what it meant.

And I'll fix my spelling error.

Well, if I do get banned, I have that nifty screenshot of being number one on the PvE ladder.

hmm to be honest... (no offense) quite pointless in my eye...

you can stick the best player in the world in a lousy team and he going to have 99 lose out of 100 games...

but if the stat can go like...
Class Percentage: W13% R7% Mo30% N4% E16% Me30%
averge respond time: .4
total Hex Removal: 64
averge hex removed: 5.8
total Enchantment maintained: 143
averge enchantment maintained: 1.8
etc.

Then that would be really something... to a point Anet probably got the right to bring you to court =P

tried to install..not working.

'place in GW directory' message.
well I placed it in the same directory as GW.exe as the Readme told me.
no dice. I don't have it installed at standard location (C:\...\GW) but on my own preference (D:\GW). Maybe that is bugging it, don't know.

*shrugs*

I think GW.exe needs to be closed to install, can't remember if I ever fixed that bug or not.

any reasonings behind why you think it's a bad idea? other than you're just paranoid?

btw, they didn't exactly deliver on player stats or ladders. kunt0r is doing the community at large a HUGE service.

And remember, you get kickass soundeffects too!!!

Btw, any way of disabling the soundeffects, or turning down the volume?
(might get irritating after a while, even though it is nice to get a notice when people die, I can imagine how much of a difference this would do for the average putrid spammer).

http://www.0kuntz.com/gstats/ - 2.01

After many complaints about the volume of the sound effects being far off from the standard gameplay/windows levels I nerfed the volume in half. To disable them, just either rename the directory or delete all the sounds.

I have tried installing and running gstats several times through several releases. I can get the program up and running in the background but it has never updated my stats top the web page no matter how many times I have reinstaleld it. I laod gstats in the character selection scene and have tried running it every other place.

Why does g-stats hate me?

G-Stats is an attempt to provide PvP players with detailed statistics on their matches which Guild Wars itself fails to adequately provide, which is a very interesting thing for a competitive player. How the website is designed is entirely irrelevant, and calling this a 'shameless plug' when he's doing the GW PvP community a favor with this is just painfully ignorant.
